The Installation & Troubleshooting service comes with an hour of work from our admins on your server, so if you experience any problems to install a third-party piece of software or some application gives errors and does not work the way it should, our experts shall help you in a very timely manner. If a task takes less than sixty minutes, the rest of the time will be available for future tasks and you'll be able to see it within the billing area. This upgrade is ideal if you do not have lots of experience with managing a server or if you use our Managed Services upgrade, but you deplete the 30 minutes custom work it comes with.
